South Carolina swept South Dakota and Gonzaga to win the inaugural Women’s Bad Boy Mowers Crossover Classic, held Nov. 28-30 at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Tournament MVP Destanni Henderson led the way for the Gamecocks with 42 points over the two games.
South Carolina, ranked No. 1 in the current Associated Press poll, defeated South Dakota 81-71 in the first game of the tournament and topped Gonzaga 79-72 in its second matchup.
Gonzaga defeated South Dakota 54-50 on Monday to finish the tournament at 1-1.
