SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The Sanford Psychiatry & Psychology Clinic will now have two locations to visit in Sioux Falls. The clinic at the Oxbow Business Center along 49th Street will remain in business. To improve access for patients and allow more room for providers, a second clinic opened this week in south Sioux Falls.

The new clinic located at 7511 South Louise Avenue houses thirteen providers from the 49th Street location, which includes psychologists and therapists. Most of their positions will be backfilled with additional physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, psychologists, and therapy providers. This will grow the psychiatry and psychology team to better serve the region for their mental health needs.

“More people than ever are prioritizing their mental health and seeking help, which is so important to break the stigma and normalize mental health care,” said Ann Hamilton, director of Sanford Health Psychiatry & Psychology Clinic in Sioux Falls. “This second clinic location will allow us to reach more of those patients and grow our integrated team of providers to continue serving people of all ages. We simply outgrew our clinic space at 49th Street, so having a total of two clinic locations will help us make sure no one faces life’s challenges alone.”

The second clinic location is 7,000 sq. feet with a warm and welcoming feel that offers spacious offices.
