BISMARCK, N.D. – Sanford Bismarck is offering sports physical events for student-athletes to complete their sports physicals for the 2024-25 school season. Student-athletes are required to get an annual sports physical when participating in school-sanctioned sports and must have their physicals completed before the first day of practice for their sport.

Sports physicals cost $35, and payment is due upon arrival. Please bring your appropriate state sports physical form and accompanying forms that can be found on the Sanford website with the parent portion completed and signed.

If unable to attend a sports physical event near you, families may also request to schedule an appointment with their primary care provider for their athlete’s annual sports physical.

Both traditional sports physicals and well-child exams are by appointment only.

Visit sanfordhealth.org to find a sports physical event near you or to schedule a traditional sports physical or well-child exam with your primary care provider.
