Ranked basketball teams to play at 2024 Heritage Classic

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Several ranked teams from multiple classes are set to face off at the 2024 Heritage Classic at the Sanford Pentagon on Feb. 3. The seven-game high school basketball event features ten boys teams and four girls teams from three states.

In ranked boys action, Class B No. 2, DeSmet, takes on Class A No. 4, Sioux Valley, at 7 p.m. Class B No. 4, Viborg-Hurley, faces Lennox at 5:30 p.m. Class A No. 5, St. Thomas More, plays Worthington (MN) at 4 p.m. Iowa’s second-ranked team in Class 2A, Western Christian, takes on Sioux City East in the final game of the day at 8:30 p.m.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students K-12. Children 4-and-under are free. Tickets can only be purchased at the door on the day of the game and are good for all games. 7 p.m. – Sioux Valley vs. De Smet Boys

8:30 p.m. – Western Christian (IA) vs. Sioux City East (IA) Boys
