FARGO, N.D. – Sanford Health Fargo and the Cullen’s Children Foundation are hosting a grand opening for Cully’s Cottage, a new space for pediatric cancer patients and their families.

WHAT: Grand opening of Cully’s Cottage
WHEN: Tuesday, July 15, at 5:30 p.m.
WHERE: Sanford Broadway Medical Center, 801 Broadway N., Fargo

Cully’s Cottage is a 1,198-square-foot playroom and teen space for pediatric cancer patients and their families who are being cared for at Sanford Roger Maris Cancer Center. The space is located within the pediatric oncology unit inside of Sanford Broadway Medical Center and features toys, games and a sensory room.

Created as a sister space to Cully’s Kids Cabin at Sanford Children’s Hospital, Cully’s Cottage became a reality through the vision and generosity of The Cullen Children’s Foundation, who contributed $500,000 for this special project.

In 2012, Cullen Children’s Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit corporation started by Matt and Bridget Cullen, donated $1 million to create a space where kids could just be kids at Sanford Children’s Hospital. Cully’s Cabin opened in 2017 with the opening of Sanford Medical Center Fargo.
