The prestigious Harvard Business Review published an article this week on Sanford Health’s efforts in how it gathers and uses health care data to improve our communities’ health.
The story by Benson Hsu, M.D., and Emily Griese, Ph.D., entitled “Making Better Use of Health Care Data,” describes the Sanford Data Collaborative and three sample projects: Prescriptive Algorithm on Diabetic Care, Patient Engagement Score and an upcoming project with Wharton on provider retention.
