Top teams square off at Presidents Bowl Basketball Classic

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Matchups between some of the highest ranked teams in South Dakota girls and boys “AA” basketball are scheduled to take place at the inaugural Presidents Bowl Basketball Classic Dec. 28-30 at the Sanford Pentagon. The three-day event features eight varsity girls and boys basketball games, sub-varsity games, a youth basketball tournament as well as youth basketball and cheer clinics.
Sioux Falls Jefferson (Boys Preseason No. 1; Girls Preseason No. 3), Sioux Falls Lincoln, Sioux Falls Roosevelt (Boys Preseason No. 2) and Sioux Falls Washington (Girls Preseason No. 2) will participate in the event.
Tickets are available at the door and cost $10 for adults and $5 for students each day. Tickets include entrance to the youth tournament, which begins Dec. 28 and concludes Dec. 29. Early bird pricing for all-session passes for adults and students is available until Dec. 22.
