Tammy Loosbrock named a top community hospital CEO to know

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – For the fourth straight year, Becker’s Hospital Review has named Sanford Luverne and Rock Rapids’ Tammy Loosbrock to the 2026 edition of its community hospital CEOs to know.

This list honors community hospital chief executive officers dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable care within their communities. In collaboration with their leadership teams, the list of CEOs continue to develop and execute strategic plans that elevate quality, expand service lines and equip their facilities to deliver exceptional care.

Loosbrock serves as the chief executive officer at Sanford Luverne and Sanford Rock Rapids, serving residents and locals from the surrounding rural areas including clinics in Adrian, Minn., and Edgerton, Minn.

In addition to the locations she serves, Loosbrock is deeply involved in community initiatives. She supports her employees and addresses community needs as an active local daycare board member and volunteers at local schools by mentoring students and promotes healthcare careers. She is also involved in the Luverne Rotary Club and Rock County Food Shelf board.
