Sanford welcomes internal medicine physician to Dickinson

BISMARCK, N.D. —Adokole Otanwa, M.D., an internal medicine physician, specializing in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting adults, has joined Sanford Dickinson.

Dr. Otanwa received his medical degree at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

He provides care for adult patients with a wide range of health conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, high cholesterol, respiratory illnesses and other acute and chronic medical concerns. He is committed to helping patients manage their health through preventive care, early detection and evidence-based treatment plans designed to support long-term wellness and improve quality of life.

Dr. Otanwa is now seeing patients at the Sanford West Dickinson Clinic.

The Sanford Health Bismarck Region provides healthcare to central and western North Dakota, eastern Montana and northern South Dakota. It includes 26 clinics in Bismarck, Mandan, Minot, Dickinson, Williston and Watford City, as well as a Level II trauma center located in Bismarck.
