WAHPETON, N.D.Sanford Health Wahpeton, 332 2nd Ave. N., is now offering patients direct access laboratory testing.

Direct access laboratory testing allows patients to order a single test or several tests quickly and conveniently without seeing their health care provider, providing them freedom to monitor their own health.

“As a leader in health care, Sanford recognizes the importance of offering our patients services close to home,” said Brittany Jaehning, Sanford Wahpeton clinic director. “Providing direct access laboratory testing empowers our patients to conveniently monitor their current and future health risks, granting them the freedom to prioritize their wellbeing without the need to travel far from home.”

Direct access testing is a helpful tool but should not be used as a substitute for visiting with a health care provider on a regular basis. All testing is performed in our accredited laboratory.

To schedule testing, call 701-642-7000. For additional information, call Sanford Laboratories at 877-392-1324 or visit sanfordhealth.org.
