Sanford Valley City hosts Boo to the Flu

VALLEY CITY, N.D. – Keep your children protected this season by saying boo to the flu.

Sanford Children’s invites parents and their children to attend Boo to the Flu on Friday, Oct. 7. at Sanford Valley City Clinic, 520 Chautauqua Blvd from 2 to 6 p.m. Children are encouraged to wear their costumes and will be given prizes.

Patients six months of age and older will also have the option to also get the COVID-19 vaccination at the same time. The Pfizer COVID-19 is available for individuals six months of age and older. The second dose of the vaccine should be received 21 days after the first dose. Children six months to five-years-old will receive a third dose eight weeks after the second dose.

An appointment to participate in Boo to the Flu is required. Appointments can be made by going to My Sanford Chart or by calling 701-845-6000.
