Sanford Sports Performance opens registration for fall 2026

BISMARCK, N.D. —Sanford Sports Performance in Bismarck is now accepting registrations for its Fall 2026 training programs for elementary, middle school and high school athletes. Designed to help young athletes build strength, speed, agility and confidence, the programs provide age-appropriate training in a structured and supportive environment at the Sanford Sports facility in Bismarck.
“Our performance training programs are designed to help athletes establish a strong foundation for long-term athletic success,” said Mike Silbernagel, manager, Sanford Sports Bismarck. “Whether an athlete is just beginning their training journey or preparing for the next level of competition, these sessions focus on developing movement skills, strength and athletic performance in a safe and effective way.”
Elementary School Early Fall Training (Grades 3-5)
Athletes in grades 3-5 will participate in performance training sessions emphasizing strength, speed and agility while building a foundation for future training success.
Dates: August 24 through October 16, 2026 (no training September 7 for Labor Day)
Time: 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Program Options:
- Option A: Mondays and Wednesdays
- Option B: Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Option C: All four days
Cost:
- $200 per athlete for two-day program
- $375 per athlete for four-day program
Middle School Early Fall Training (Grades 6-8)
Middle school athletes will participate in performance training focused on improving strength, speed and agility.
Dates: August 24 through October 16, 2026 (no training September 7 for Labor Day)
Session 1: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Strength Emphasis: Mondays and Wednesdays
- Speed and Agility Emphasis: Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Option to attend all four days
Session 2: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Speed and Agility Emphasis: Mondays and Wednesdays
- Strength Emphasis: Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Option to attend all four days
Cost:
- $200 per athlete for two-day program
- $375 per athlete for four-day program
High School Fall Training (Grades 9-12)
High school athletes will have multiple training options focused on enhancing strength, speed, agility and overall athletic performance.
Dates: August 24 through November 13, 2026 (no training September 7 for Labor Day)
Early Bird Session: 6:15 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
- Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Speed, agility and strength each day
Afternoon Session 1: 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Afternoon Session 2: 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Afternoon Program Options:
- Strength Emphasis: Mondays and Wednesdays
- Speed and Agility Emphasis: Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Option to attend all four days
Cost:
- $300 per athlete for two-day program
- $500 per athlete for four-day program or Early Bird program
