Sanford names Justin Reisenauer, M.D. chief medical officer

BISMARCK, N.D. – Sanford Health has announced a leadership addition in Bismarck.
Justin Reisenauer, M.D., FACEP, AWEP, will become the new chief medical officer for the Sanford Bismarck Region, officially starting Nov. 1.
Dr. Reisenauer has been an emergency medicine physician at Sanford Health for 14 years, during which time he held leadership roles in clinical operations and schedule management. In addition, he serves as a clinical professor of emergency medicine at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, overseeing the training and education of residents and medical students.
“Dr. Reisenauer has demonstrated a deep commitment to patient care, clinical excellence and medical education. The Sanford Bismarck region provides health care to central and western North Dakota, eastern Montana and northern South Dakota. It includes 26 clinics in Bismarck, Mandan, Minot, Dickinson, Williston and Watford City, as well as a Level II trauma center located in Bismarck.
