Sanford Health Plan president & CEO joins panel at HLTH 2024

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. —Tommy Ibrahim, M.D., MBA, MHA, executive vice president and president and CEO of Sanford Health Plan will join industry leaders next week at one of the most prestigious health care events of the year to discuss how Sanford Health Plan is harnessing opportunities to create a more personalized, comprehensive and streamlined consumer experience, with an emphasis on rural communities.
HLTH takes place Oct. 20-23 in Las Vegas. In its seventh year, it has become the preeminent conference for health care and wellness innovation, pushing boundaries to transform the next decade of health. Ibrahim will join a panel discussion moderated by Bertha Coombs, senior health care reporter for CNBC, focused on “Payer-Provider AI Arms Race.” He will be joined on the panel by Anika Gardenhire RN, CHCIO, chief digital & information officer of Ardent Health, Amit Phull, M.D., chief physician experience officer at Doximity and Sara Vaezy, EVP, chief strategy and digital officer for Providence. The panelists will explore how health plans and health systems are using AI tools to improve patient engagement and ensure better outcomes.
