Sanford Health Fargo to offer annual sports physicals

FARGO, N.D. — Sanford Health Fargo is offering student athletes several options to receive their annual sports physicals this summer.

• Sanford Southpointe Clinic, 2400 32nd Ave. S., from 4-7 p.m. on the following days:

• Sanford Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Fargo, 1720 University Dr. S., from 4-7 p.m. on the following days:

Please call (701) 234-8830 to schedule an appointment. Sports physicals cost $50 and payment is due upon arrival. Please also bring your appropriate state sports physical form.

Student athletes are required to get an annual sports physical when participating in school-sanctioned sports. Athletes must have their physicals completed before the first day of practice for their sport.

Families may also request to schedule an appointment with their primary care provider for their young athlete’s annual sports physical.
