SIOUX FALLS, S.D., Nov. 15, 2021 – Sanford Health Equip in Chamberlain, formerly known as Sanford Home Medical Equipment Chamberlain, will be closed Monday, Nov. 15.

The store location received damage over the weekend from strong winds that blew through the area. The store will be closed Monday, Nov. 15 and until further notice pending repairs.

We apologize for the disruption in service. However, Sanford Health Equip in Chamberlain is still able to meet customers needs. Customers can call the location at (888) 845-4438 for further assistance.
