Sanford Grand Forks welcomes new behavioral health provider

GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Anastasia Wernecke, PMHNP, APRN, CNP, has joined the Sanford Health Grand Forks team.

Wernecke is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and specializes in behavioral health and psychiatry. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati and speaks three languages: English, French and Russian. In her free time, Wernecke enjoys ballet, meditation, family, pets and reading.

“I believe in meeting the patient where they are at in life, focusing on strengths and working with the patient to meet their own personal goals,” said Wernecke.

Wernecke will also provide outreach services to Sanford facilities in East Grand Forks, Devils Lake and Northwood.
