SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Jared Antczak, chief digital officer at Sanford Health, will join the HealthLeaders Innovation Exchange as a panelist Sept. 26-27 in Boston, Massachusetts. The two-day conference is an in-person forum for senior-level health care executives from across the country to gather and seek solutions to industry challenges while discussing ways to move health care forward.

Antczak will lead an “Ideas Exchange” panel during the conference. He will be joined by Saad Chaudhry, the chief information officer at Luminis Health, Chris DeRienzo, M.D., MPP, SVP and system chief medical officer for WakeMed Health & Hospitals, Steve Miff, Ph.D., president & CEO for PCCI and Sarah N. Pletcher, M.D., MHCDS, vice president & executive medical director of strategic innovation for Houston Methodist System.

Antczak’s presentation will focus on defining digital in health care and improving health outcomes through digital. The sharing of ideas and best-practices is the core purpose of the conference.

“We know that digital holds the key to many of the challenges the health care industry is facing, and we are making progress in those areas from operational efficiencies to a better consumer experience,” said Antczak. “Learning from each other makes our organizations stronger – which ultimately benefits the patient, and that is always the goal.”

Antczak joined Sanford Health earlier this year as the health care system grows its virtual care initiative, expanding access to health care for patients and residents by utilizing the most advanced technologies to keep care closer to home. Sanford Health recently broke ground on its Virtual Care Center, a 60,000 square foot facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, that will serve as a hub for a network of virtual clinics and telehealth services.
