BISMARCK, N.D., Oct. 11, 2021 – Four individuals were named 2021 Sanford Health Employees of the Year for the Bismarck region. On an annual basis, Sanford Health staff has an opportunity to recognize their peers and management by nominating them for Employee of the Year Awards. First awarded in 2013, these awards were established to recognize employees who exemplify the Sanford values as well as consistently demonstrate exceptional performance in a manner that promotes a positive environment involving employees, physicians, patients and visitors.
Sanford Bismarck Employee of the Year winners for 2021:
- Sanford Clinical Employee of the Year – Bobbi Jo Vandal, MT-BC, CCLS, Lead Child Life Specialist
- Sanford Management Employee of the Year – Nicole Mills, MSB, RPSGT, REEGT, Director of Sleep Services
- Sanford Support Services Employee of the Year – Ali AL-Azawi, environmental services technician
- Sanford Physician of the Year – Isaa Al Rabadi, MD, Internal Medicine Hospitalist
